Review of Research Proposal at UiTM
Important: Research proposals are reviewed twice at UiTM.
However, More than Minimal Risk (MMR) applications via ERC require a third review.
A research proposal is first reviewed at the Faculty or Branch level, where the appropriate risk categorization is proposed. The Faculty or Branch Research Committee then issues an endorsement letter, which is subsequently submitted to the REC/ERC for ethical review.
For postgraduate (by research), student UiTM, staff of UiTM or applicant from outside of UiTM.
